

Hi, Gillie. I’m based ion the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia, although I am originally from the UK. I have over 30 years of experience in the field of health and wellbeing – teaching, training, coaching, managing, consulting and writing.
My life work has brought me to the understanding that the closer to nature we are, the healthier we are. That true freedom comes from movement, awareness, adventure and joy.
